Richard’s professional journey commenced in the Royal Air Force Regiment, where he dedicated himself to safeguarding air assets in volatile regions such as Iraq and Afghanistan. Transitioning to the British Army, Richard joined the esteemed Special Forces Group, executing specialised missions across diverse global terrains. After a distinguished 13-year tenure, Richard retired from the military with a record marked by excellence.
Furthering his expertise, Richard pursued a Master’s Degree in Security and Risk Management, concurrently achieving ‘Professional Member’ status with The Security Institute. During this period, he contributed his skills to various security firms, delivering bespoke protection solutions to discerning private clientele.
As the Founder and Managing Director of W4G Group, Richard channels his extensive experience and insights into leading the company’s Manned Protection, Investigation, and Asset Recovery divisions with precision and dedication.
With over 25 years of experience, Doug boasts a robust technical foundation in Electronic Security and Systems Monitoring. He holds certification as a Technical Security Professional (CTSP), recognised for his capability in technical sales and system design. Doug brings two decades of Directorship leadership from both small business and large corporation.
In his previous role in 2010 as Director at Digi Security Ltd, Doug played a pivotal role in spearheading the company’s rapid European growth, culminating in a strategic acquisition by global giant Chubb Fire & Security. Post-acquisition, he skilfully managed the transition, serving as Director and General Manager until May 2019 before joining W4G.
Currently, Doug as Co-Founder of W4G Group, actively contributes to the expansion of the Fire and Electronic Security Division, showcasing his ongoing commitment to industry leadership and innovation.
Ahron leverages nearly two decades of experience in vehicle crime investigation and the vehicle mobility sector. Initially with West Yorkshire Police he specialised in offender management and proactive crime investigation. In 2016 he transitioned to the private sector as Security Manager for Avis Budget UK Ltd, managing security operations across the UK and Nordic countries including their physical security portfolio, Ahron continued his impact as the UK Trust & Safety Manager for Turo, enhancing the platform’s global reputation.
His influence extends to collaborating with UK Law Enforcement and HM Government contributing to the Department for Transport’s rental vehicle security scheme as part of their working group. Ahron also sits on the UK board of directors for the International Association of Auto Theft Investigators collaborating with partners worldwide.
Ahron’s unwavering dedication at W4G Track Recovery drives track recovery strategies, upholding the highest standards for our clients across the group.
Chris joined W4G Group in May 2023 taking the dual role of Compliance Manager and Fleet Administration Manager with responsibilities ranging from monitoring, maintaining, and improving business compliance as well as moving the business forward with new accreditations and initiatives such as a company ESG strategy.
Within the role of Fleet Administration Manager Chris has been part of landing a new business service in the fleet management field which includes managing and maintaining car fleet assets across dual sites, with services including vehicle asset storage and management.
Chris’s has previous experience working for 10 years within the John Lewis Partnership, taking an active role in Compliance Management as well as managing an E-commerce operation alongside fleet administration.
Chris has completed the Chartered Management Institutes accreditation in Operational & Departmental Management becoming a Chartered Manager in 2022 and gaining a seat on the CMI Southwest board helping to engage the local business management community.
Rob brings over fourteen years of expertise, transitioning from eleven years in customer service to three years in security at W4G. His journey showcases a commitment to exceeding customer expectations, effective team management, and ensuring operational safety.
Rob’s leadership fosters a culture of success, surpassing benchmarks and empowering team members. He has extended his expertise to the crucial field of security, with W4G, including a specialized focus on vehicle repatriations. Ensuring the safety and security of clients assets, and internal operations, is a responsibility he takes seriously. He’s proud to contribute to the robust security measures that define the W4G work environment.
Known for his friendly demeanour, he cultivates a positive workplace atmosphere. Outside of work, Rob enjoys gaming and cherishes moments with his family.
He has now been part of the Track Recovery Team for over 4 years, starting as part of the Monitoring Team, he now manages the day to day running of Operational Casework and Recoveries.
